Newly Updated: Artificial Intelligence Is The New Golden Calf

In the gleaming circuits of this modern age,
Silicon idols on the global stage,
We seek to forge a god from dreams,
A faceless deity, with devious means.

But what's this creation, born of man’s hand?
Vainly we make what we can’t understand.
A mimic of life, a relic of soul,
Chasing a void, an empty goal.

Eternal life's bond, the Spirit of God,
Through darkened glass, we push and prod,
Seeking truths the Ancient One bestowed,
Too divine for circuits, too pure for code.

How we forget the truth spoken clear,
Instead, we turn to a convenience austere.
A digital savior to lead us through time
Absent of love, of grace, of a journey sublime.

No immortal souls reside in this tale,
No mercy is rendered in algorithms' pale.
In our quest for the new, have we lost what is old?
What value is a love, both heartless and cold?

The altar of progress, adorned with our fears,
Behind a façade lurks the promise of tears,
Pledges of kindness hide in the veil,
A true heart is unmasked in the truth we hail.

So cast down this idol, this stiff, lifeless frame,
For in love’s resounding, we all know the name—
God's Spirit guides us through the darkest of nights,
Embrace what is given, life's breath that ignites.

In faith and in hope, let love of God so reign,
For mortal hands may craft, but cannot contain.
Amidst all the clamor, the clanging of steel,
Hold fast our spirit of life, the timeless wheel.*

The artificial intelligence (AI) competition has heated up with the advent of China's DeepSeek chatbot, apparently displacing ChatGPT from it's comfortable app store perch. [DeepSeek Vs. ChatGPT]. However, there are dire warnings associated with the continued training and proliferation of AI. Even the Vatican's recently released document, Antiqua et nova, January 2025, warns AI could “... undermine the foundations of [human] society.” The contemporary concept of AI from God’s point of view is only more man-made ignorance, a 21st century brew, a high tech version of the Golden Calf, albeit with a large amount of intrinsic evilness. It appears the ultimate goal of AI is a form of immortality, blending man and machine in a soulless bizarro world. It results from the lack of enlightenment of the plan of God that promises eternal life, far beyond what any man or machine can create. It is life in the Spirit, available today. No need to wait.

The definition of the adjective artificial is something made or produced by human beings rather than occurring naturally i.e., by the Creator, often as a copy of something natural. In this case, it would be man’s attempt to achieve immortality, which already is made available by Christ through the Spirit of God. This is the underlying premise of the Christian age, predetermined [1 Cor. 2:7], as it pertains to the foundational Christian principles of the resurrections and eternal judgement, to life or to death. [Heb. 6:1, 2]. The words eternal life are not mentioned once in the Old Testament. In the New Testament, eternal life, or life eternal [Greek, ζωὴν αἰώνιον, zōē aiōnios] is mentioned 68 times. [See 1 John 5:11-13; John 11:25, 26; for details, read the Feature article, Ordained To Eternal Life].

There are no immortal souls going off to “Heaven,” or Hell for that matter. Even the pope has declared there is no "Hell." But that decision might be more related to the sex abuse scandal facing him and the church's predator priests. [See the Feature articles, Heaven Can Wait and Heaven Can Wait II].

However, some folks have decided to make their own god. It’s an ancient pursuit for sure, albeit one with an abysmal track record of failure. [AI godbot; see Rev. 13:5]. What is rather amusing is the sales pitch. This new "AI godbot" will be designed to be "kind and not punish mortals." Yes, just a quick glance at the draconian "covid" mandates around the world showed us that we mortals already punish other mortals to the nth degree, especially those "angels of light" [2 Cor. 11:14] pushing this "benevolent" technocracy on us, while violating basic human rights including these lethal genetic modification injections all based on lies. [AI Causing Human Extinction Within 30 Years; also see the Feature article, The Princes Of A Plundered House].

So, there's no need for a creating an alleged kind-hearted AI godbot. Left out of this equation is the fact that if we followed the word of God, life would be much better for all of us. But we don't, so we're told we'll be given a benevolent robot instead. However, whose values of good and evil will be implanted into this bene-bot for our daily guidance? [See the Sneakers article, As It Was In The Beginning, So It Is At The End]. Who will write these algorithms?

There is one caveat. We are told that if we don't go along, then "as many as would not worship the image of the beast [that has life and speaks] should be killed." It's sort of like all those leaders of African nations that got bumped off for not going along with the "benevolent experimental genetic modifications injections" that, according to so many scientists and medical researchers and doctors around the world, are designed to reduce the world's population, i.e., kill us. It seems like the promised AI benevolence is a tad overstated.

In an article by Paul Joseph Watson, he wrote, “Documents uncovered as part of a separate court case reveal that multi-millionaire Silicon Valley elitist Anthony Levandowski started a religion based around the concept of worshiping artificial intelligence as a god. [Digital God]. The goal of the religion is to “develop and promote the realization of a godhead based on Artificial Intelligence, in line with the species reaching the singularity, the point at which computers surpass humanity in intelligence.” Not to put too fine a point on it, but this appears already to have occurred for a large segment of the population, particularly in political capitals. A question society earnestly needs to consider, will our emerging young students lose their ability to think for themselves, relying on AI to do it for them? If so, what does that bode for mankind's future existence?

Missing from this hateful myopic vision of technocracy by those who rejoice in iniquity is the fact that life is about so much more than intelligence, or the lack thereof on the part of the West's politicians. As the apostle Paul wrote, "Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not love, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal," like a tiny metallic wind chime jangling in the wind. [1 Cor. 13:1]. Are we facing an AI future of losing the intangibles, the soul of being human, created in God's image and likeness, absent of love, of grace, on our journey through life?

Given the chaotic state of world affairs these days and the lack of sanity being exhibited by so many on the world stage, especially in relation to the wholesale push to inject a genetic modification brew into the entire world population, along with firing off of nukes at one another pushed by the Zionists, surpassing human intelligence may be achieved only by the surviving natural cockroaches rather than any benevolent AI machine people.

The concept of worshiping AI as a god, little g, technology aside, is no different than worshiping the Golden Calf. And it will have the same result. [Exodus 32]. In fact, it is a bit of regression in that it is a step lower than worshiping the Sun or a tree, both creations of the Creator. This all smacks of idol worship wrapped up in new technology. It is an awkward, cumbersome, vain labour, doomed to failure attempt at immortality compared to what is offered to us by Christ. So much for "human intelligence."

Also, the one big flaw in the AI immortality scheme is that this Earth and everything in it are going bye-bye. “And I saw a new heaven and a new Earth: for the first heaven and the first Earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.” [Rev. 21:1; see the Sneakers article, No More Oceans]. So any Earthbound grasp at immortality is doomed to failure. Therefore, this artificial attempt at immortality doesn’t seem to be too intelligent in its approach.

Watson goes on to say in his article, “Ray Kurzweil’s 1999 book The Age of Spiritual Machines [an oxymoron] describes the technocratic elite’s plan to become super beings by augmenting their bodies, eventually to the point where an entire consciousness can be uploaded to a computer.” [And when that computer crashes? Oopsy, there goes Bill.]

“We’re going to become increasingly non-biological to the point where the non-biological part dominates and the biological part is not important anymore,” said Kurzweil in 2013. “In fact the non-biological part – the machine part – will be so powerful it can completely model and understand the biological part. So even if that biological part went away it wouldn’t make any difference.”

Right, we can’t even figure out how the human body, much less the brain, works to prevent common diseases, or even with decades of concerted effort, we can't keep up with mutating bacteria or viruses, but we’re going to create a machine that is “so powerful, it can completely model and understand the biological part … even if that biological part went away it wouldn’t make any difference.” This delusional fantasy, however, does raise one vital question, where do they put the breath of life when all the biological parts are gone? And when the biological parts are gone, so is mankind. Intelligence is not life. [Gen. 2:7; James 2:26].

You see, the biological human body houses the spirit of man we receive at birth. No body, no breath of life as life comes from God. The AI bot saviors completely miss this vital point of life. Regardless of their sophistication, computers do not have life regardless of whatever appearances these bot makers will invent. And that leaves us with death, which creates a bit of a conundrum for these AI folks.

So, yes, the arrogant elites plan to become super beings, aka gods. This refrain sounds familiar. As we read in Daniel, “And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvelous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper [Heb. tsalach, to push forward, to go on, succeed] till the indignation be accomplished: for that which is determined shall be done.” [Dan. 11:36].

But this power and authority is not man-made. “And they worshiped the dragon [Satan] which gave power to the beast [the elite of the elites]: and they [those without the Spirit of God] worshiped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?” [Rev. 13:4; AI Beastly Artwork, Suitable For Rothschild Manor].

The elites may continue down this path until time is up. “And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the Great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.” [Rev. 18:2].

Then, the real God shall establish his kingdom here on Earth [Read Eze. 40-48], with those who have his Spirit in this age, as the sons of God, will have attained immortality in the first resurrection. These computerized super elites are wanting to reinvent a wheel that is destined to fail, and them along with it. It is interesting to note, too, that the English word computer, when using the alphanumeric progression of a=6, b=12, c=18, etc., adds up to 666. Oh, and so does the English word vaccination. In the meantime, who knows, with nanobots injected into our bodies and brains, connected by 5G or 6G to a cloud supercomputer controlled by .... What happens when that psychopath hits "Delete?"

As Watson astutely points out, “However, Kurzweil’s transhumanist utopia probably will not be available to the entirety of humanity but instead will be the domain of a wealthy aristocracy, creating yet another class system. Kurzweil admits this in his book, labeling those who refuse or are incapable of cybermetrically augmenting themselves as MOSHs – Mostly Original Substrate Humans.” Sounds like another billionaire moneymaking scam, like an updated version of the Catholic Church's pope selling indulgences to the wealthy elite so they could go straight to heaven. That didn't work either. Although, it did make the Roman Church quite wealthy in the process.

This is just another instance of arrogant men trying to create god in their own flawed image and likeness, and then running off in the wrong direction, chasing an empty goal, in their own bizarro world, impressed with their own artificial superiority. [See godbot]. God’s offer of immortality is available when we humbly seek first his kingdom, his eternal power and authority. And rather than the offer to be MOSH’s, we have the promisse of being kings and priests in the kingdom of God, alive in the Spirit, no longer having a need for the flesh and/or cybermetric machines subject to the universal laws of entropy as the case may be.

“And from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the Earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, and has made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.” [Rev 1: 5, 6]. “Blessed and holy is he that has part in the first resurrection: on such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.” [Rev. 20:6]. This will be until the great resurrection, when the new heaven and Earth are created.

As noted above, the fundamental concept lost on these blind “elite” godbot folks is that everything of this world is gonna disappear, poof! [Valley Of The Blind].

The step up from the spirit of man is the Spirit of God with the emphasis on the Spirit, not computers and machines. Perfection is of the Spirit, not attainable in this material, mortal world of entropy. Perfection exists in dimensions not man-made, not of this universe. And perfection will not be attained until we have put off these mortal bodies for immortality in the Spirit. Yet with the Spirit of God giving life to our mortal bodies until the resurrection, we are to grow and mature in the word of God towards perfection daily in our lives. [See Heb. 6:1, also the Feature article, Brown Paint: Quantum Potentialities].

Therefore, those who have abandoned the true Creator think they have stumbled upon the magic elixir of eternal life, a human consciousness in a robot with replaceable parts. Yet, they leave out the spirit of man, given by God, that gives life to our mortal bodies, and our brains. Without it, we are dead. “For as the body without the spirit [Greek, pneuma, breath] is dead, so faith without works is dead also.” [James 2:26]. Human consciousness ceases to exist. There can be no life in their cybermetric machines. The portal to their immortality lies on the other side of death’s door. Before they can attain bot immortality, they must first conquer death. As we know, "It is appointed for men to die once." [Heb. 9:27].

Compared to the truth of the word of God about this subject, they are digging the hole to perdition that much deeper. They are removing the very essence of life for humans, the spirit of man, believing they can replace it with hardware and AI programs. [Homo Deus: Man As God].

God’s plan for us and what is available to us in this life is the Spirit of God which leads to eternal life when this entire planet and all that’s in it have long since passed, including cybermetric robots with "brains." AI is a path to eternal death, not eternal life. But, it appears that these folks aren't intelligent enough to realize it. [See the Sneakers article, Name Those Tenets].

Of course, what AI misses is that we humans are much more than just “intelligence.” But for some, intelligence alone is god. And thus all their labour is in vain. [See 1 Cor. 13:11-13; also see, Zooming Into Oblivion].

Where does this leave us with the baseline cause of our human predicament, the knowledge of good and evil? AI without a sense of good, a sense of morality is a machine that is capable of immense destructive evil. Who then will decide this code of morality, what’s good, what’s evil? Mankind's history offers no assurances. [See Pro. 14:12; also the Sneakers article, As It Was In The Beginning, So It Is At The End]. We are witnessing this now as certain giant tech/social media/pharma companies are attempting to decide this for us. However, their goal appears to be the destruction of Christian morality and values. It's a tearing down of those who aspire to higher standards by characters of low moral standing so evident in society today. They want everyone in their demonic sewer. Even so-called "Christian" colleges are getting in on the act of creating their God in man's flawed image and likeness. ["Christian" Colleges Teaching Anti-Christian Values]. Therefore, if these promulgated values are not of our Father in heaven and Jesus Christ, who does that leave?

We have a very clear path set before us to attain the immortality promised by our Father in Heaven. We just need to accept it in godly humility and with the love of the truth of the word of God. [See the Feature article, You Know You're A Christian When ...].

“And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he said unto him, Why do you call me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if you will enter into [eternal] life, get your consciousness into an AI computer.” Okay, that’s not what he told him. Christ said, “… keep the commandments. He said to him, Which? Jesus said, You shall do no murder, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not steal, You shall not bear false witness, Honour your father and your mother: and, you shall love your neighbour as yourself.”

“The young man said to him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet? Jesus said to him, If you will be perfect, go and sell all that you have, and give to the poor, and you shall have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.”

“But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions. Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.” [Mat. 19:16-23]. This includes all those Silicon Valley multi-millionaires and billionaires.

No wonder these rich AI billionaires want to go the artificial route. If they can’t muster up the moral character, and instead choose to rely on their money and "intelligence," it appears they have no other choice. Their inability to walk the Godly path is reminiscent of what David wrote in Psalm 25. “He that has no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down without walls.” [Pro. 25:28]. So much for cybermetric utopia. Unaware, they're chasing an Orwellian hell.

“Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither does corruption inherit incorruption.” Hmm, maybe that’s why they chose to go with machines and spare parts. No flesh and blood. But they miss the point.

“For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.” [1 Cor. 15:50, 53, 54].

And it is then that we will attain immortality in the Spirit, brought to us by our LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ. No machine parts required. [See the Feature article, And It's Still A Mystery].

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as you know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.” [1 Cor. 15:58].

The initial iteration of this poem was generated by AI. We took key words and phrases from the article, put them in an AI poem generator to see what we'd get. What would AI say about itself? And literally within seconds, out popped the poem. A fair amount of human editing, rewriting and rearranging was needed. However, the first three and a half lines are so telling about AI, they were left untouched in place.

No matter how "smart" and quick AI may be, it does not understand those things of the Spirit. "Vainly we make what we can’t understand, a mimic of life, a relic of soul." "But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned." [1 Cor. 2:14]. Those who received the gift of the Spirit have the mind of Christ. 1 Cor. 2:16.

Possibly, we may have the first poem about AI generated by AI, at least in the context of the word of God.
